#16 "Camouflaged Sub"
- The Art
- Why get involved? I was motivated to use my artistic
abilities to give back to my community and perhaps help someone less
fortunate than I am. The project also sounded like a lot of fun. Living in a
shoreline community I assumed that most people's imaginations would run
towards marine themes. I thought that the incongruity of the foliage over
the form of a submarine would be interesting. Hence the Shrubmarine.
- Michael Galullo

1995.
