Hearst Castle - San Simeon, CA

Trying to make 'photographs,' these are all 'fairly quick' snappyshots, doing the best I can as quickly as possible. On tour there's not a lot of time to spare and as it was I'm -always- at the tail end of the pack. Fortunately a lot of them came out very nicely.

There are a few very similar shots, around the pool for instance, partly because I had a little time to spare and partly because there were so many good different views to shoot.

The indoor shots were 'flash prohibited,' available light only. Buuuuut with a fast lens and a sharp CCD they worked very well.
